We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with photos, as soon as possible after delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.
• Please share an unboxing photo or video for damaged items.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
